Richmond attorney Walter G. Ecton, Jr. has over 35 years of experience in many advocacy roles including the Comair plane crash of 2006, cases against insurance companies in big truck, motorcycle and car accidents, cases against large banks for unfair foreclosure proceedings, and as an assistant Commonwealth attorney for the 25th Judicial District.
Walt represents the Richmond Industrial Development Corporation and represented First Federal Savings and Loan and The Richmond City School Board until its merger with the Madison County School System. He has long-standing experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, both simple and complex.
Walt also has done extensive work in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
